I am a biologist and a photographer with wide interests. I presently work with GreenFacts as a science editor.

Interests

• Science in general, and it's place in our world.
• Biology, more specifically molecular ecology, the origins of life, extremophiles and astrobiology.
• Science communication and teaching, because I consider that science can benefit from communication between disciplines and to non-specialists.
• Photography, mainly large format and ultra large format photography and alternative processes [1].
• Living history, mainly through historical fencing.
• Architecture, I am presently very interested in the Art Nouveau mouvement of the turn of the last century, and of which Brussels, where I now live, is one of the focal points.
• Literature, mostly science fiction but also both american and european comic books.
