[edit]My primary interest in contributing to Wikipedia is early Islamic political, military and economic history, particularly during the Umayyad and early Abbasid caliphates (661-945 AD). Feel free to ask me anything of the subject, I'll see if I can help.
I am a resident of Boston, Massachusetts. On occasion I will veer into the history of Boston, the Civil War or whatever else happens to strike my interest.
