- If you want to play around with your new Wiki skills, try the Sandbox.
- Click on the Edit button on a page, and look at how other editors did what they did.
- You can sign your name using three tildes, like this: ~~~. If you use four, you can add a datestamp too. Always sign comments on Talk pages, never sign Articles.
- You might want to add yourself to the New User Log
- If your first language isn't English, try Wikipedia:Contributing to articles outside your native language
- Full details on Wikipedia style can be found in the Manual of Style.
But note that we don't put editorial comments in articles (like 'section under research'). Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 10:32, 16 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Please don't remove other editors' attempts to correct your article, especially when that's a matter of bringing it into Wikipedia style. Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 10:53, 16 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Image:Umbrellabanner.PNG listed for deletion
[edit]An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:Umbrellabanner.PNG, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please look there to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in its not being deleted. Thank you. —MetsBot 19:10, 9 December 2006 (UTC)
The section "History", it is believed to be a copyright violation. I have checked the history for the the edit, and it was added by you on the 16th of April 2005 with no notice if it was his or what not. I have found the same information on www.rehorror.com, so until the information is found to NOT be in violation of any copyright, it stays off the article. Please help us and verify that this information is either Fair Use, or was added with the blessing of the person who wrote it. Thank you. Havok (T/C) 18:56, 22 September 2005 (UTC)
Orphaned fair use image (Image:1413429.jpg)
[edit]This media may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:1413429.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that your image can be used under a fair use license. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If your image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why your image was deleted. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. SeventyThree(Talk) 23:27, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
Driz
[edit]The article Driz has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article seemed to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.
Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki 20:12, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
