Possible image

While sorting various orphaned images, I came across File:100 0504.jpg which the uploader appeared to be trying to add to this article. The image is good quality, it just does not identify the subject matter of the image. Perhaps someone who knows Knox County could review the image and add it to the article if it is appropriate. If it is not appropriate for this article, the image should be deleted as there is insufficent information to determine an encyclopedic use for it.
