[edit]Why are some of the players highlighted in gold??? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.149.163.110 (talk) 21:31, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
Pekka Rinne made the NHL 2nd All-Star Team in 2010-11 but did not play a single All-Star Game... what color should be used for players who were nominated to post-season All-Star Teams without playing in All-Star Games?--Xiaoshan Math (talk) 19:23, 23 June 2011 (UTC)
On 14 April 2024, it was proposed that this article be moved from 2004 NHL Entry Draft to 2004 NHL entry draft. The result of the discussion was moved. |

Pick 80
[edit]I think USA Today is wrong about the conditions of the conditional 4th round pick in the June 2003 Markov/Tanabe trade. This June 16, 2004 article on the Hurricanes website says the following: “One of Carolina’s fourth-round picks includes an option for the Hurricanes to use Phoenix’s third-round pick in either 2005 or 2006 rather than Phoenix’s fourth-round pick this year as a part of the June 21, 2003, trade that sent David Tanabe and Igor Knyanev to the Coyotes in exchange for Danny Markov.“ If USA Today were right it would require Phoenix to acquire the pick twice on the same day in order to finally end up trading it to the Rangers. --67.141.251.90 (talk) 17:19, 25 April 2022 (UTC)
