[edit]The 1911 text says there are five works by Maes in the National Gallery, London, but the NG website shows seven:A Woman scraping Parsnips, The Idle Servant, A Little Girl rocking a Cradle, Christ blessing the Children, Portrait of a Man in a Black Wig, Portrait of an Elderly Man in a Black Robe and Portrait of Jan de Reus. I wonder what happened to the "Card Players"...? --rbrwr± 22:59, 5 Oct 2004 (UTC)
- Late with the answer, but The "Card Players" was reattributed (see here). The text is from a very old copyright-free source and is no doubt riddled with equally out of date inaccuracies... Mabalu (talk) 15:41, 16 April 2013 (UTC)
