Typo?
[edit]surely this is a typo?
can anyone confirm?
- No it should be spelled this way -- Francs2000 | Talk 21:20, 5 September 2005 (UTC)
Merge from Treasurer of the Household
[edit]These two pages discuss the same matter and have the same list. I believe that the articles should be merged and a redirect placed at the other article. billinghurst sDrewth 09:52, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
- Oppose -- This lists look completely different to me. Certainly historically, the treasurer would have kept the cash and the comptroller would have acted as a check upon him agaisnt embezzlement. The system may be compared with a bank account where two signatures are needed. Peterkingiron (talk) 16:55, 11 April 2010 (UTC)
- They are not the same list. -Rrius (talk) 21:37, 15 May 2010 (UTC)
