Russian Air Force Roundel

Has the Russian Air Force changed its roundel again? News articles and new videos exhibiting Russian military aircraft show that they have Red stars that lack the blue outline that was added in 2009 and they also seem to lack the outer red border from the Soviet Air Force. See here:

WP:GALLERIES

Dear Nick-D would you consider reviewing the last few edits on this page and potentially considering administrator action? In accordance with GALLERIES I have just stripped out the separate section of pretty pictures, without additional data except in one case (Su-57 numbers) and am being reverted by anon IPs hailing from Taiwan. Emperorpenguin20160923 you must advance a valid, policy-based argument for any retention of huge numbers of pictures grouped in a gallery, you cannot just keep reverting me, or you will face administrator action. I am going to remove the gallery once more, and should you wish to reinstate it, in accordance with WP:BURDEN, you need to give some justification. GALLERIES is a guideline/policy. You need to advance a reason that is based in WP's guidelines and rules, because as it stands, those beautiful pictures (and no none of them have a description, just the bare alphanumeric aircraft designators) have a place - but that place is on Wikimedia Commons. Take them there; advance a policy-based argument, not just that they're beautiful; or find yourself at ANI. And please, stop reflexively reverting me just because of WP:IDONTLIKEIT.
