Placeholder for the future--no content, and probably won't have any anytime soon. Wikipedia is not a fortune teller. Seems like this energy would be better directed at completing 2003 in baseball, etc. Niteowlneils 19:12, 11 Jan 2005 (UTC)
- Delete Agreed. While I do think some in-progress/predicted things deserve articles, this would set an awful precedent: people could create dozens or hundreds of "future" articles just to raise their edit counts. Starblind 20:32, Jan 11, 2005 (UTC)

- Abstain - there must be some major player contracts, contracts with stadiums or so on that definitely come due in 2006, having bearing on machinations in the sport now. However, this article now has nothing at all. Samaritan 10:02, 12 Jan 2005 (UTC)
