Phil?!?!
[edit]How, Tom, is Phil an integral part of Keene? He bumbles about hugging for too long and asking people if they like his new watch. Hardly a citizen of note. What's next, Raquel the inane/insane Filipino illegal?
To the end of unbiasing this article, the Notable Citizens subheading has been removed. If there is no room for the opinion of one man's, then there is no room for opinion of another's, am I right? Fact, and fact alone, will be the basis of -any- article.
Here it is below, for the later ease of putting it back, should we ever need to:
"Notable Citizens Philip Giddings, resident of Keene from 1985 to 2005 was considered by some to hold the city's greatest accomplishment. Just what that accomplishment is remains a secret to all. Needless to say his statue remains one of the most visited sites in this small bedroom community of Ft. Worth."

added Fun Stuff To Do section. Let's be creative with it.
